Homeowners who contact Myintuto Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care.
First, raise the issue with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Next, tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Myintuto Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act for a provider.
Email contact@myintuto.skin and include:
First, we confirm by email that we got your message. This normally takes a few business days.
Then we look into it. That may include talking with the provider. Last, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
